最近常重新安裝tensorflow, 遇到ERROR: Cannot uninstall 'wrapt'. It is a distutils installed project and thus we cannot accurately determine which files belong to it which would lead to only a partial uninstall.
上面setuptools解決很容易, 後面那個只好上網求助
